1.1. Investigation of the sensibilizing (allergizing) capacity of the product
72 h routine epicutaneous test in healthy volunteers (20 subjects) after epicutaneous application of the product for 7 days followed by 7-day-long treatment discontinuation .

1.2. Investigation of the tolerability (irritating/allergizing effect) of the product

1.3. Investigation of the effectivity of the product in cosmetic disorders of the skin
(dry skin, wrinkles, photodamage etc.)
1.3.1. Follow-up of the symptoms with objective measurements:
Follow-up of the improvement of symptoms with clinical examination and questionnaire assessment in healthy volunteers with photodocumentation, if applicable.
Open-label study:

1.3.2. Follow-up of the symptoms with objective measurements:
Follow-upof the improvement of symptoms by measuring the hydration (Corneometer), transepidermal water loss (TEWL), melanin contain, elasticity and sebum production (Sebumeter) of the skin in healthy volunteers (20 subjects).
The above parameters are measured once prior to the treatment, once during the treatment and once at the end of the treatment (3 measurements altogether).

Investigation of the effectivity of the test product on non-complicated

1.4. Investigation of the effectivity of sun protecting product (SPF measurement)
Measurement of Minimal Erythema Dose (MED) with and without pre-treatment with sun protecting product in healthy volunteers (20 subjects).

measurement
Measurement of CR (Capillary Resistance) after treatment with cosmetic product and vehicle (placebo) in healthy volunteers (20 subjects).

Comments:

The above prices are net prices and do not include the costs of the ethical approval (if applicable; 100 000 HUF at present) which is to be direct transferred to the University of Szeged. The standard price of the ethical approval process is uniformly 100 000 HUF, independent of the content of the current study.
